Do your vehicles have a mileage (or kilometres) restriction?

Easirent offer UNLIMITED MILEAGE for all car hire reservations when you book online through www.easirent.com. Van Hire is excluded from this offer. UNLIMITED MILEAGE applies to the hire car being in operation on UK Mainland only.

Van Hirer's have a mileage allowance outlined below, should this be exceeded, we charge 15p per mile + VAT thereafter upon return of the van.

1-2 Day Hire = 150 free miles per day
3-6 Day Hire = 100 free miles per day
7 Day Hire = 500 free miles per week

Can I pay for my rental in cash?

No, Easirent DO NOT accept cash at any branch. All payments must be made by credit or debit card.

I have held my Driving Licence for less than 12 months, can I still hire from you?

Sorry, all hirer's aged 25 years or over must have held a full driving licence for 1 year minimum.

Hirer's aged 23 or 24 must have held a full driving licence for two years minimum.

What is the upper and lower age limit to hire from you?

Over 23 and under 75 years of age. Minimum age for MPV's and Executives vehicles is 25 years - for clarification please call Reservations on 0044 (0)151 515 3869

I am arriving at an Airport how do I collect my vehicle?

Pick up procedure will be contained on your rental confirmation, if you can have any queries whatsoever please contact us on 0044 (0)151 515 3869

How do I receive my booking confirmation?

You will be sent an email shortly after making your reservation to the email address supplied when your booking was made. If you do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours of making your reservation please contact sales@easirent.com

What is the maximum number of points I can have on my driver's licence to hire from you?

No more than 6 points or any major convictions - if you need any clarification please call Reservations on 0044 (0)151 515 3869.

I know you accept Credit Cards but do you accept Debit Cards?

Yes, we accept Debit Cards at our branches.

What documents will I need to bring?

You will need to have your full driver's licence (both parts if a UK Licence), credit card/debit card in the Driver's name. Also you must have a 2nd form of ID, if you are a non UK resident a passport or if you are arriving into an airport you can use a passport. If you are renting a car in the UK and live in the UK a recent bill or bank statement to prove your home address will be required.

Is there a Deposit payable?

Yes, there is a fully refundable £750.00 GBP Deposit payable (this is simply taken as a pre authorisation), should you decide to take our Daily Excess Waiver option, this can be reduced to Zero

Can I take the vehicle out of the UK?

Yes, but you need to provide your own European breakdown cover. Additional charges do apply for international insurance and excess mileage outside UK Mainland ? please call for further information - 0044 (0)151 515 3869

I cannot find my driving licence, can I still hire?

Yes, we will need government issued ID (such as a passport, along with the ID stated above) and will need to contact the DVLA to check your licence details (there is a charge for this service)

Can I add additional drivers?

Yes, more than one person can drive the rental vehicle; the additional driver needs to be present when collecting the vehicle. We charge a £6 per day fee for Additional Drivers. We will not charge you more than £100 per additional driver, so should you be hiring from us for a long period then the additional driver fee is capped at £100
