We would like to let you know how grateful we were for the excellent service we received from Easirent last Monday night. After we had checked in at Dublin airport on Monday night, we were advised by BMI that our flight BD130 to Heathrow would be delayed by at least an hour. With the likelihood that we would not arrive to collect our car by the 10pm deadline, we decided to contact Easirent and let them know that we would collect our car the following morning.

We did not arrive at Heathrow until just after 10pm and it was another 20 minutes before we collected our bags. We contacted Easirent as we were headed for a taxi, a lady answered the phone immediately and even knew my name. She told us that the Easirent courtesy bus was waiting outside the terminal. It took us a few minutes to find it however the driver was most helpful with loading our bags and then driving in very congested airport traffic to the Easirent Branch. The lady at the office prepared our contract very quickly and in a very courteous manner while the bus driver brought the car and loaded our bags.

What was a very late and frustrating night for us must also have been for the Easirent staff, given the delays and congestion at Heathrow, however they could not have been more helpful or courteous. We cannot recall their names, the lady and driver who were working late at the Easirent Branch on Monday night should be commended for their service.

I would like to say that it was the first time we have hired a car as we have a camper van. We needed to get to England to celebrate a few things going on in the family and we thought driving back would be too much for us as we now live in Spain.

We found the whole experience wonderful, a car was at the airport within minutes then a few minutes signing forms and we were on our way and handing the car back and being taken to the airport, a doddle. It all made the holiday and visiting the family a wonderful time and my husband said the car was very good and we found the staff very friendly and helpful.
