Easirent will monitor your incoming flight to ensure we are always there to greet you, even if your flight is early. If your flight is delayed we will still meet you, whatever the time, day or night. This is our fundamental priority. At Gatwick Airport you will be met at the following position depending on which of the 2 terminals you arrive at:-
NORTH TERMINAL
Due to the current construction work which is taking place at Gatwick Airport the location for collection is not fixed and we ask that customers phone the branch to confirm both flight details and collection location. This is a slight inconvenience we are aware however it guarantees you are met by one of our team and not stranded at the airport.
Ordinarily, you exit the baggage hall within the terminal you will see our driver at the barrier with your name and EASIRENT clearly displayed on a board. We will then take you to your car directly outside. Please do not leave this area near the barrier until we have collected you. Do not go outside the building and do not go to the car hire desks.
SOUTH TERMINAL

We will then take you to your car directly outside. Please do not leave this area near the barrier until we have collected you. Do not go outside the building and do not go to the car hire desks.
Our priority is to look after you and make sure your experience with EASIRENT is such that you will always use us again and again at Gatwick Airport. Most people do. This meet and greet service is extremely quick - no queuing at hire desks for hours and then given keys for a car in some far away car park. We will have your car directly outside the arrivals hall where your luggage can be quickly loaded, the paperwork can be done in a few minutes and you will be on your way.
All car controls will be pointed out for you, fuel filler and type of fuel will be shown to you, and the location of the spare wheel and tools, (very unlikely to be used). We can also supply a Sat Nav for you (charged £6 per day) and, again, we will show you how to use it and pre load any destination for you. We will also provide you with a safety sheet highlighting the different speed limits on British roads, where parking offences may occur, drink drive limits, and any other relevant information to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable stay in the UK. Don't forget that we are always available on the phone numbers below if you have any problems whatsoever.
We will also provide details of congestion charges if driving into London city. We will spend as much time as is needed with you to ensure you feel comfortable with the car. Nothing is too much trouble for our friendly staff.
Insurance Excess
All our vehicles are fully insured but, like all rental companies, have an excess of £750 which you will be liable for if the vehicle suffers damage, either by you, or by others.
This excess charge can be reduced to zero for £10 per day. All car hire companies have this excess and our charge for this excess waiver is far cheaper than any other rental company at Gatwick airport. We strongly recommend you take this option for complete peace of mind.

If you want to text us on the office mobile prior to leaving on your journey to the UK please text us once you are on your departing aircraft with your ETA for Gatwick. We will already know this, of course, but by texting us it means that we will have your number so that we can reply to your text, keep in touch with you, and assure you we are waiting for you. If you have connecting flights or stop overs on the way to Gatwick please only text us on your final leg as sometimes your connection can be delayed. You can also text the office mobile from the arrivals/baggage hall at Gatwick or, if you have no baggage, when you have landed, to ensure a speedy getaway.
All our cars are under 6 months old, all have air conditioning and the latest safety features to keep your family secure.
All cars are fully valeted prior to the hire and plenty petrol or diesel will be in the tank to ensure a safe start to your UK trip. Because all cars are new they have full manufacturers warranty and 24hr call out service from the manufacturer in the unlikely event that you have a service problem. If you require baby seats, booster seats, Sat Nav, or a roof rack please let us know when booking the car. In the booking process there is a page for all these extras. We would advise a diesel car if undertaking long journeys in the UK. Diesel is much more efficient with more mpg. We can also provide you with a British mobile phone with a "pay as you go" chip installed. This can be topped up at most shops. This will save you considerable amounts of money since we all know the extortionate charges mobile phone providers charge once you leave your own country.

Returning Your Hire Car to Gatwick Airport
Returning your hire car to Gatwick is simple and quick. Drive to our Gatwick branch and we will drive you to your terminal. The reason for this is due to construction work taking place at Gatwick, navigating around the roadwork’s can be tricky and so we drop you off to ensure you do not get delayed or lost en route to the terminal.
