The arrivals hall is on the ground floor where you will find our representative waiting for you with your name on a board. DO NOT GO UPSTAIRS TO THE RENTAL DESKS. DO NOT GO OUTSIDE. Please stay near the barrier in arrivals until you see our clipboard with your name on it, as that will make your car hire experience smoother from the start.

This is really a reverse of the arrival procedure and is far quicker than our competitors since you simply drive to the departure terminal at London City Airport where we will be waiting outside for you to take the car and see you on your way.
