Lost Property

If the unfortunate happens and your baggage has been delayed or lost during your flight, you must inform your Airline as soon as possible.

Passengers are often asked to complete a lost baggage report which describes the model, make and colour of your baggage.

Trolleys

London Heathrow Airport provide luggage trolleys; these are free to use.

You will find trolleys located in the baggage reclaim area and the departures area. Trolleys cannot be taken through security control, but they can be taken as far as the car park, bus station and the train station.
