Heathrow Airport can provide concierge service to assist with anything you may require. Your concierge will greet you on the Heathrow Express platform and will escort you through the airport and help you with anything you need.

Business Lounges

Whilst Heathrow Airport does not operate its own executive lounge in T5 there are V.I.P rooms provided by some Airlines. BA is the only airline in T5 which offers executive lounges for its passengers.

British Airways

For British Airways passengers travelling First Class, Club World, Club Europe or are Gold or Silver Executive Club members, T5 has 6 lounges to choose from. All of the lounges provide a relaxing atmosphere for passengers to catch up on emails, get up to speed with the latest news or have a drink before take off. Families

Heathrow provides great service throughout and has dedicated family security lanes to help aid the process of travelling with children. Family services provided include:

Information Desk

T5's information zone can be found in the north end of the arrivals concourse. There are help points located around the terminal as well as courtesy telephones which provide 24hr assistance to all passengers.

Heathrow Airport passengers can enjoy WiFi internet throughout the Terminal as well as wired internet computer stations. However there will be a charge for passengers connecting to the internet.

Toilets

Toilets are located throughout the terminal with disabled toilets offering baby changing facilities for parents.

Directions

Terminal 5 has its own access road off the M25. Exit junction 14 and follow the signs for T5. For passengers using the M4 motorway exit junction 4b and follow the M25 until the exit at junction 14, then follow the sings for T5.
