There is no information desk within Terminal 3, for passengers needing assistance courtesy phones are available throughout the terminal and passengers can use T1's information desks.

Manchester Airport passengers can enjoy WiFi internet throughout the Terminal as well as free access to the Manchester Airport website. However there will be a charge for passengers connecting to the internet and sites outside the Manchester Airport website.

Toilets are located throughout the terminal with disabled toilets and baby changing facilities in the women's toilets.

Terminal 3 has two cafés and a bar for passengers to relax and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat before take off. Costa Coffee, Delice de France and Bar 08 are all located around Terminal 3. T3 is directly linked with T1 and offers passengers more choice with ease of access between terminals.
