Temperature Application
Bodywork is manufactured in accordance with ATP Class C standards and is designed to maintain products at frozen or chilled temperatures when fitted with the appropriate refrigeration unit.

Construction
High Density RTM Styrofoam throughout. White impregnated single piece glass fibre laminate to external and internal surfaces with woven reinforcement to give high impact strength.
Powder coated white aluminium perimeter extrusions fully bonded and sealed to exterior of body with reinforced aluminium corner castings to front corners.
Aluminium reinforcement within the panel construction.

Base
Heavy duty non slip gritted polyester one piece seamless floor. Drain holes to each front corner. Internal load bearing galvanised steel skeleton within the base structure.
Rear
Triple opening rear doors with centre door hinged from off side to give maximum available aperture width and height. Doors fitted with polished stainless steel full height locking bars and heavy-duty door hinges into a polished stainless steel rear aperture framework. Complete with door retainers, aluminium kick strip to inside face of doors and interior release. Solomon multi fin thermal seals to all doors.
Step
Double folding rear step of steel construction mounted onto a rear under run bumper bar. Metal work is galvanised. Four heavy duty buffers mounted horizontally and vertically.
Side Door
- Single opening hinged side door to nearside of body
- Fitted with full height recessed stainless steel locking bar
- Aperture width 760mm
- Position of start of side door aperture from front interior bulkhead = 50mm
- Access strap handles provided to interior aperture
- Aluminium pallet protection at floor level to inside of aperture and kick strip to inside of door
- Complete with door retainer
Interior Protection
Anodised hard aluminium interior rub rail to 300mm from floor full length to each side of body and front bulkhead.
Interior Load Restraint
One row of stainless steel 1806s type load restraint track to each side of body. Secured to aluminium reinforcement bonded within the panel construction.
Thermal Curtain
- Fixed Polar grade 200 thermal strip curtain to full width rear aperture
- Fixed Polar grade 200 thermal strip curtain to side door aperture
LED Interior Lights
Two recessed interior lights and cab switch.

- Body panels’ exterior sides, front and rear doors pre impregnated high gloss White. Aluminium perimeter sections powder coated white finish
