Side Thickness: 3mm Tenform steel formed with longitudinal corrugations for added strength.
Bearers/ Uprights: 3 and 4mm Tenform steel spaced at 20" centres. Uprights 3mm Tenform high tensile steel spaced at 20" centres.
Top Rail: Top rail of 150 x 100 x 6mm (Heavy Duty) box section
Ejector Ram: Edbro RK222 double acting with directive valve on moveable supporting cradle
Blade: 3mm Tenform Steel with plough shaped base. Heavy duty construction designed to give complete load ejection
Hydraulic Tailgate: Twin ram hydraulically operated tailgate in 3mm steel, self-locking at base, with 25mm thick steel claws.
Hydraulic System: Ram displacement 216 litres (to eject) operating to a maximum of 150 bar. Dump and relief valves along with three-stage filtration.
Mud Wings: Integral to body with fitted mud flaps
Misc: Ladder to nearside outer front bulkhead.
Finish: Painted in high gloss top coat
