Mercedes Sprinter LWB (Freezer)

Construction

Walls, roof bulkhead and floor insulated with 75mm Styrofoam, inserted into a timber framework with marine plywood. Complete interior surface laminated to form a joint free impervious surface, white pigment. All glass Fibre resins and pigments are of food compatible grade to comply with Hygiene Regulations. The floor is non-slip.

Front Bulkhead

Complimentary finish to suit the interior of the cab.

Rear Doors

Insulated within the cavities, and rear door moulds are fitted. Aluminium 5 bar is fitted to the door opening.

Side Door

Blanked off for freeze operation.

Electrical

Two recessed interior lights are fitted and wired to a switch in the cab.

Refrigeration

A Carrier Viento 350 refrigeration unit on R404A is fitted for freeze operation. The refrigeration unit is fully tested and commissioned at 'Icecold Truck Bodies (Manchester) Ltd' and is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The unit is road-only.
