Construction

Walls, roof bulkhead and floor insulated with 50mm Styrofoam, inserted into a timber framework with marine plywood. Complete interior surface laminated to form a joint free impervious surface, white pigment. All glass Fibre resins and pigments are of food compatible grade to comply with Hygiene Regulations. The floor is non-slip.

Front Bulkhead

Complimentary finish to suit the interior of the cab.

Rear Doors

These are insulted within the cavities and a 2.0mm white GRP door skins are fitted. Aluminium 5 bar is fitted to the door opening.

Side Door

This is insulted within the cavities and a 2.0mm white GRP door skin is fitted. Aluminium 5 bar is fitted to the door opening.

Electrical

One recessed interior light is fitted and wired to a switch in the cab.

Refrigeration

A Carrier Viento 200 refrigeration unit on R134A is fitted for chill operation. The refrigeration unit is fully tested and commissioned at 'Icecold Truck Bodies (Manchester) Ltd' and is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The unit is road-only.
