How to find us when you arrive at Bristol Airport

Arriving at Bristol Airport by air, when you depart your flight, please collect your luggage and once outside the main terminal please telephone 0127 540 2150 to arrange your shuttle bus transfer. The Holiday Inn Shuttle Bus will collect you from the express pick-up point, which is clearly sign posted. The shuttle transfer fee for the driver is free of charge and passengers will be charged £3.50 per person.

Arriving at Bristol Airport by train. With Bristol Temple Meads just 8 miles away, you can connect easily to the national rail network. Just jump on the Airport Flyer Express (every 10 minutes) bus service for the best way to get to the station.

Arriving at Bristol Airport by bus. Fast, frequent and excellent value for money, the Airport Flyer Express is the only bus service that gets you from Bristol Airport to Bristol Temple Meads station, the city centre and Bristol Bus & Coach Station.

Dropping off your car at Bristol Airport, follow the A38 towards Bridgwater/Taunton. The Hotel is less than 3 miles from the airport at the bottom of Redhill on your right hand side.

Please be aware that staff are unable to use microwaves to warm baby food or milk.
Family favourite Dexters offers a dedicated kids menu to suit all tastes and all ages. Brunel Bar and Kitchen also offers a kids menu.

Entertainment – Play areas
You can find a small children’s play area in Burger King with a play table and cartoons on the big screen. WHSmiths Books, World Duty Free and Claire’s Accessories all have a great range of children’s toys, games, accessories and books, while Dixons Travel store stocks a wide selection of technology for kids of all ages.
