How to find us when you arrive at Birmingham Airport

Arriving at Birmingham Airport by air. When you depart your flight, please collect your luggage and make your way outside arrivals. Please wait at the blue ‘Customer Service’ hut across the car park and telephone 0121 222 0599 to arrange your pick up.

Arriving at Birmingham Airport by train. Birmingham Airport is directly connected to Birmingham International Station by a free ‘Air-Rail Link’ system. The air-rail link takes two minutes to get to the station.

Arriving at Birmingham Airport by bus Transfer buses to and from Birmingham airport run regularly throughout the day. The pick-up point is the ‘drop and go’ car park situated opposite the terminal building.

Arriving at Birmingham Airport by car. Our local branch is only a five minute drive from Birmingham Airport. The nearby M42 motorway provides easy access to the M40, the M6 and the M1.

There are baby changing rooms located throughout the terminal for you to change nappies or feed your baby. Most of these are located near to the toilets.

Children’s Play Centre
Birmingham Airport has an absolutely awesome play zone with the latest technology-led games, as well as soft play for their smallest passengers. Children can come and play before their flight and meet Zoom – the SkyCadet Mascot for a photo. The Sky Zone is located next to Gate 54 in the North Pier and is open between the first and last flight.
