How to find us when you arrive at Southampton Airport:
Arriving at Southampton Airport by aironce in arrivals, collect your luggage and call +44 (0)23 800 16158 to arrange the shuttle bus transfer. Exit the terminal and turn left. Cross the pedestrian crossing and turn left. Continue for approximately 40 metres to the bus stop. Board the free transfer bus, producing your confirmation email to the driver as proof of your booking. The bus will then take you directly to Stoneham Park where Easirent is located. The service takes approximately 5-10 minutes and run every 15 minutes.
Arriving at Southampton Airport by train Only 99 steps to the main terminal from the nearby Southampton Airport Parkway Station, via easy access footbridge. Thanks to a new computer system at the airport, you can get up to the minute live transport updates on bus, ferry, rail and road networks across the South. The new screens are located in the arrivals hall and at the help point, to help you with your onward journeys.
Arriving at Southampton Airport by bus . The U1C bus service operates between Southampton Airport, Southampton University, the city centre and the Waterfront. It runs every 15 minutes during the week and every 20 minutes at weekends and public holidays.
Dropping off your car at Southampton Airport Please return your rental car to the Easirent Office and you will be transferred back to the airport in the shuttle bus. The journey from the branch to the airport is approximately 5 minutes and to the cruise terminal approximately 20 minutes.

Within the departure lounge, there is a lift for passengers to gain access to the first floor where our restaurants and bars are located. Our accessible toilets are located on the main concourse and within the departure lounge. Internet Access at Southampton Airport
A free 4 hour WiFi service is available throughout the terminal building and can be accessed through any internet-enabled mobile device, laptop or tablet on _Free SOU Airport. After the initial 4 hours, you can choose to pay for extra time via debit/credit card or paypal. Charges are: £3 /1 hr, £5 / 3 hrs, £9 / 24 hrs, £70 / 6 months, £130 / 1 year.
Internet-connected PCs operated by Arqiva ltd are available opposite the help point (before security) and on upper levels of the departure lounge (after security).
If you need power for your laptop there are desks in the departure lounge offering plug sockets, space to work and instructions on connecting. The Globe and The Olive Tree also have power sockets for your convenience.
There are ample lifts and escalators located throughout the terminal building. Clear directional signage points the way to these. All lifts have directional inbuilt voiceovers and Braille control buttons.
Telephone & Snack Vending Machine Facilities
Low-level coin, credit card telephones and snack vending machines are located throughout the terminal to facilitate passengers in wheelchairs.
Facilities for Partially Sighted
Guide dogs and hearing dogs are the only dogs permitted in the terminal building. The airport directional and information signage is clearly placed, well lit and uses optimum colour contrast to ensure everyone can read them correctly.
All passengers must pass through the passenger security check area before reaching the departures lounge. Such a search may be carried out by hand or by using hand-held detectors. If required, a private search area away from the main area can be provided.

If you have time before your flight the airport has a small selection of eating and shopping facilities located in both the main terminal and the departure lounge.
