“Some say she has driven over 50 types of car and can parallel park a Jaguar XJL. Others say she can strap in three children at once without even breaking a sweat… All we know is she’s The Expert.”
An exciting new addition to our fleet is the ever popular Mini Convertible. Hire the new Mini Cooper SD from Easirent and enjoy the benefits of the highly fashionable and fun filled vehicle! The Mini Cooper SD has diesel economy with a 2 litre engine and 0-62 mph, offering the best of both worlds. The new Mini Cooper still has that ‘go-cart feeling’, a pleasure to drive handling corners perfectly, offering power and practicality. The petrol engine offers sharp acceleration, is more economic than previous models; and streets ahead of rival models. The Mini Cooper drops from 0-62mph in 6.9 to 7.4 seconds.
Accessories include additional LED headlights, 17’’ multi-spoke light alloy wheels and trendy extracts such the mounted Black Jack side scuttles, offered in a combination of matt and high gloss in a distinctive design, a chequered flag, Union Jack or Black Jack design.
The sound of the diesel engine is quieter compared to that of a more powerful petrol engine, however it still offers a pleasurable drive and all the fun of other Minis. The Mini Cooper SD offers excellent grip around corners and lightly pointed steering with plenty of poke, from the moment of you put your foot down on the accelerator!
The interior is comfortable, select the sport mode in the active set up and have fun with the impressive quality and high-end tech options. There is a surprising amount of space in the front and rear of the car, and the five door model is much more comfortable that the three door model. The interior lighting is high fashion and adds to the fun and ‘care free’ experience. There have been great improvements to the quality of the interiors, from the fabrics used in the seating to the plastics that are hard-wearing and sturdy.
A great bonus of the rear luggage compartment is that the 278 litres is 67 litres larger than the larger than the regular 3 door mini. It is possible to fold the seats flat for larger loads or set to the ‘cargo position’, which reduces the space for the rear passengers.
