The society’s conductor Tom Newall is also the Musical Director of the Leeds Youth Opera and the Piccadilly Symphony Orchestra. Newall will be joined by the gifted accompanist Joy Fielding, who has been the official accompanist for the Blackburn Music Society since 1989 and has won the Frederic Moore Piano Prize.
The Blackburn Music Society Concert will be running from 19:30 to 21:00, and it is advised that guests arrive early, so make sure you’re ahead of the crowd and find a parking space for your Easirent hire car. Ticket prices are £12 for adults, £10 for concessions and students can enter for free.
