A brand new route from Bristol Airport will be launching in early 2016. The route is the newest launch from EasyJet at the airport and will allow people from Bristol and the surrounding area to reach Venice’s Marco Polo Airport quickly and conveniently.
Bristol holidaymakers will be able to enjoy the new route to Venice from March 23rd next year and the airline are expecting as many as 50,000 passengers will enjoy the new service in its first year. The flights are all direct and will take passengers from Bristol to Venice all year around. The flights will be scheduled four times a week leaving on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. As you’d expect from EasyJet, the fares are great value too with prices beginning from just £35.49 per person for a one-way ticket, if two people are booking together.
Speaking on behalf of EasyJet their commercial manager Ali Gayward has described the company as ‘really excited’ and states they are ‘sure this will be a popular choice for our passengers in the South West and look forward to welcoming them on board.’ The same sentiments have been echoed by Shaun Browne, aviation director of Bristol Airport who has said ‘”We are delighted with this announcement as it adds one more exciting destination to easyJet’s extensive route network from Bristol.’
Venice is famous for its beauty and unique architecture and history and soon it will be able to be reached with ease from Bristol, so all holidaymakers can get to know one of the world’s most beautiful destinations.
