The Hardwick Festival Live returns to the North East this summer, showcasing some of the best musical acts across 120 acres of parkland in the heart of County Durham. For one day only, on Saturday 22 August 2015, the Hardwick Hall Hotel will open to the public and stage performances from Razorlight, James, Cast, 10cc, Embrace and many many more.
The event is set to be a fun day for all the family. Take the kids to the Childrens’ Area, which includes rides, storytelling, magic shows, creature sculpture, face painting and pottery making – there will certainly be plenty to keep the little ones entertained throughout the day.
There will also be public catering onsite to keep the hunger pangs at bay, with a wide range of international cuisines on offer, including Thai, Chinese, Mexican, a grilled rotisserie and a hog roast.
If you haven’t already checked in to one of our Top 10 Hotels in Newcastle, then there are accommodation packages available. Festival goers can camp for £25, or if you’re feeling fancy, glamping is available at £599 based on four people sharing.
Reaching The Hardwick Festival couldn’t be simpler in your Easirent hire car, it’s less than an hour’s drive down the A1, from our Newcastle Airport depot.
