Liverpool is a city known for being home to the well-groomed, with glamorous names, such as Harvey Nichols, joining the high street, so it is no surprise that the Museum of Liverpool is currently holding an exhibition called It’s Glam up North, curated by Ian Rankin.
Until 6 December, the Museum of Liverpool’s exhibition will show work by artists, filmmakers, graphic and fashion designers and will culminate in an auction of pieces on 21 November with all proceeds going to Claire House Children’s Hospice.
Artists at the exhibition include Nick Park CBE, Peter Saville, Martin Creed, Mark Farrow and Sue Webster. Vivienne Westwood and Christopher Bailey will be donating items to the auction.
