London Luton Airport has launched an online vote to find its next charity partnership. The airport has supported Sue Ryder over the past couple of years and has raised over £100,000, equating to over 7500 hours of hospice care delivered by the charity. London Luton Airport’s contribution to the amount of money raised through their dedicated airport staff who got stuck in and baked, biked, volunteered and quizzed to reach such an incredible total.
The short list for the airport’s next charity partnership has been compiled and includes: Barnardo’s, Beanstalk Charity, East of England Air Ambulance, Global’s Make Some Noise, Keech Hospice Care and the Noah Enterprise.
Voting is open until the 30 November 2015 to members of the public and airport staff who will get the chance to decide who London Luton Airport’s charity partner will be for the next two years. The winner will be announced in January 2016 and your vote will make the world of difference to any one of the charities involved in the competition.
