Car Hire Manchester Airport are counting the days for the opening of a new restaurant in the city offering something different for those wanting to eat out.
A new restaurant will be opening on Oxford Street in Manchester offering a taste of the Caribbean. Firm Turtle Bay will open in May aiming to add some spice to the restaurant scene in the city.
Bosses say, “it aims capture the spirit of celebration that the Caribbean is famed for around the globe and focus on authentic Caribbean dishes, including signature dishes Jerk pit ribs, patties and curry goat, as well as a host of rum cocktails.”
Turtle Bay has spent £1 million on changing the former Alibi bar and will be its first in the north for the eatery which has seven sites around the UK. Jobs have also been created with thorough interviews including limbo dancing skills, which give some indication as to the party atmosphere expected inside the venue. The venue will open to the public on May 30th, with a V.I.P launch on 29th May.
