The event, which is taking place on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2015 gives guests the perfect opportunity to explore some of the most famous and the most private homes across London.

Open House London provides the perfect opportunity to explore some of the capital’s most renowned and most secretive venues for free. Take the whole family behind the closed doors of hidden London, when private homes, government buildings, historic sites and educational establishment throw open their doors and welcome in guests for one weekend only.

The annual event, which was a hit with locals and tourists alike in 2014, is set to be even more exciting this year, as visitors can indulge their curiosity in some of London’s finest buildings. The Open House London event aims to showcase some of capital’s best architectural design and is taking place across 30 of London’s boroughs, featuring over 800 venues which have never before been open to the public.

Not only will guests to the Open House London be able to explore the hidden rooms of London’s historic homes, they will also be able to take part in one of many guided walking tours of the buildings which will be taking place across the city.

Although this event is free, there will be some buildings that you may need to pre book a ticket for, so make sure that you check online before the event to avoid disappointment.
