1. National Leprechaun Museum

Take the kids on a magical tour of the National Leprechaun Museum. Located in the centre of Dublin, the museum explores the mythology behind one of Ireland’s most iconic additions, the leprechaun. As well as learning about the first ever leprechaun sighting, which happened a few hundred years ago, visitors can learn all about the different figures in Irish mythology. There is also a dedicated miniature leprechaun world that the kids will love – take them along to find out f there really is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

2. Imaginosity

Imaginosity is the perfect place to take the kids for a fun and educational day out. Hop in your Easirent hire car in Dublin City and head to Leinster, the location of Imaginosity. Get your creative juices flowing in one of the myriad workshops and classes available including computer classes and interactive experiences such as meeting the eco-badger and learning all about green-technology. 3. Lambert Puppet Theatre

Home to Ireland’s only purpose built puppet theatre, and the country’s oldest puppet company, the Lambert puppet theatre is located in Monkstown, which is a short drive from our Easirent pick up point at Dublin Airport. Founded in 1972 by the Lambert family, the theatre puts on a range of different performances at the weekends as well as special workshops and sessions for schools.

Targeting children aged between two and 12, The Ark is a purpose built space in the heart of Dublin city centre which aims to educate and entertain children through cultural programmes. The Ark invites leading Irish and international artists to take part in a range of exhibitions and workshops that build children’s understanding and appreciation of art. 5. Butlers Chocolate Experience

The perfect experience for any chocolate fan, Butlers Chocolate Experience is jam packed with demonstrations about how many of the different chocolate products are made.
