1. New Brighton

3. North Wales

5. Crosby Beach
Crosby Beach is the proud home to Anthony Gormley’s ‘Another Place’, an art installation featuring 100 iron sculptures of the artist himself, which spans the entire length of the beach. Awarded the Quality Coast Award in 2011, Crosby Beach is one of the most visited tourist destinations outside of Liverpool. 6. Formby Beach

Famous for its homemade ice cream, Parkgate is located on the Wirral Peninsula on the coast of the River Dee. Once an important port in the 18th century, Parkgate’s coastline is now a 100 square metre salt marsh and became a conservation area in 1973.
