Easirent USA Rental Terms
The below Rental Terms apply ONLY for Bookings made through our website (www.easirent.com/us). For bookings that are made with Easirent through other websites please refer to their advertised terms and conditions of the Rental Voucher.
Online Booking Procedure
Select Pick-up and Drop-off (if different), Rental Locations and Dates/Times. You will be presented with available car groups that you can book instantly. You can filter our results by selecting a type of coverage (with or without CDW coverage).
Next to each car group you will find an (i) icon with information on the particular vehicle. Prices are also presented as Daily Rate and the Reservation Total to help you compare rates.

You can filter our results by selecting type of cover (with or without CDW insurance) and Fuel Type (Petrol or Diesel). Next to each car group you will find an (i) icon with information on the particular vehicle. Prices are also presented as Daily Rate and the Reservation Total to help you compare rates.
Choose your desired car group by clicking Book Now! You will be presented with all the information about your booking. Chosen Car Group, Pick Up/Drop Off Locations, Date, Time and the total amount of your Reservation. You can then complete your details such as Name, Email, Telephone and Flight Number.
After you have completed your reservation you can also add extra items to your booking such as additional drivers, GPS navigation and baby seats. You will also receive a confirmation email / voucher explaining all relevant Pick-Up information and details.
Payment on Arrival
When booking through the Easirent.com website all US based renters benefit from Pay on Arrival. This means you can book your vehicle and you will only pay when you rent your vehicle at our branch. Should you wish to prepay some or the entire rental before your pick up date please call our central reservations team.
Methods of Payment
We accept as methods of payment must credit and debit cards as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please note the primary renter must be the cardholder and have to present a valid card at the counter. Easirent branches do not accept cash, checks, prepaid cards or gift cards as methods of payment.
Debit Cards not accepted for deposit. Must be a credit card in main renters name.
Credit cards must have the available credit for the estimated amount of rental charges.
– Local Renters using a credit card are subject to up to a $1000 deposit in addition of estimated amount of rental charges.
– International renters will have a deposit liability of up to $1800

The vehicles displayed and models are our most common vehicles in the category. We will provide you with either this model or a similar vehicle in size and engine type. We cannot guarantee that the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.
Free cancellations apply to Easirent online bookings. Should you wish to cancel your booking please see our “Manage My Booking” page www.easirent.com/manage. You can cancel your Easirent booking up to 30mins before the scheduled collection time. If you fail to tell us of your cancellation prior to the scheduled collection time or not arrive to collect your reserved rental car, we will charge you up to 3 days rental. Please note if you fail to meet the “Drivers Requirements” section below, a free cancellation is no longer valid.
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the driver must have a valid driver’s license for one year. Under 25 can rent economy to full-size cars. For certain specialty and larger-sized vehicles the minimum age of 25 years of age applies. An Underage Driver Fee will apply for drivers under 25 years.
The primary piece of identification required to rent a vehicle with Easirent is a valid driver’s license.
Points – endorsements. Minor offences such us speeding / traffic signals are acceptable up to a maximum of 6 points. If you have any bans or convictions in the last 5 years please call us before making a reservation.
Optional coverage is not required to rent a vehicle; however, proof of car insurance is required. Optional coverage is available at rental counter.
Other extras services are not included in our rates. These services are available at booking or at the rental desk.

Free Extra Driver: From time to time, we advertise a “Free Extra Driver” as part of a promotion. If you qualify for a free extra driver, this will be confirmed via email as well as being stored in your booking record for our staff members to see on the day of your collection. If you arrive at branch and there is no record of the Free Extra Driver offer, our rental staff will contact the Social Media Team to confirm eligibility.
1. All cars are taken with a full tank of fuel. A fuel deposit will be taken for all full/full rentals. This is refunded at the end of the rental if the car is returned with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, the fuel charges will be deducted from the fuel deposit.
2. The full tank of fuel can be purchased at the start of the rental at national pump prices. No mark-up on upfront fuel is levied.*
3. If the rental is taken on a “full-to-full” basis, the car must be returned with a full tank of fuel from a garage no more than 5 miles away from the car rental branch. Proof of this (receipt/credit card receipt) is required when the car is returned.
4. If the car is returned less than a full tank, the refueling charge is 7.99 USD per Gallon, plus a refueling admin fee of 9.50 USD. All prices are plus tax.
5. If the car is returned without proof of a local fill-up, the car will be taken to the local garage and re-filled up. All fuel added will be charged at 7.99 USD per Gallon, plus a refueling admin fee of 9.50 USD. All prices are plus tax.
* No refund for any unused fuel at the end of the rental.
Unused rental days: Should the renter decide to return an Easirent vehicle back to our branch earlier than you originally planned, we shall not refund you for unused rental days.
Traffic and parking Fines: If the vehicle receives a fine during the rental period, you will be responsible for full payment of the fine as well as a $25 admin fee. This includes, but is not restricted to, parking offences, speeding fines, traffic signal offences, toll road offences, etc.
Cars are restricted to the State of Florida. Arrangements can be made at the branch for exceptions for an added fee. Vehicles that leave the state may be charged a fee up to $1000.00 or the overage mileage charge – whichever is greater.
Local Renters without a return airline ticket and wish to rent a car will be required to show: written proof of a current automobile comprehensive, collision and liability insurance policy in renters name covering injury to third persons or property.
Renters traveling on official government business, on military leave, or with an approved CID number are exempt from the local renter policy. Failure to show an acceptable policy will result in the rental being declined.
Local Renter Vehicle Exclusions: Local Renters are limited to renting the following car classes sizes Compact (BA), Intermediate (CA), Full size (DA), Intermediate SUV (DAE), Minivan (MZA) and Van (MX).
Mileage Cap: Local Renters are subject to a mileage cap of 150 miles per day for all locations. More mileages are available for purchase.
$10 a day extra 50 miles a day
$15 a day extra 100 miles a day
$25 a day unlimited miles
Please be advised overage miles for the rental period will be charged at .49 per mile.
In the event of road traffic accident, if the renter is involved in a road traffic incident/accident, resulting in damage to the rental car or third party property, a police report must be obtained and produced to the rental company. Failure to produce such report will void any CDW/LDW taken, resulting in the renter being liable for all costs involved to the rental car and third party property.
All drivers must be named on the policy to drive the car. Any insurance policies are immediately voided if a person drives the car that is not named on the rental agreement.
SunPass: You can purchase a SunPass at the counter for the duration of your rental. For local residents, it is strongly recommended that SunPass customers access their online SunPass accounts or contact the SunPass Customer Service Center to add the rental vehicle license plate to their account for the rental period. Renters that do not have their transponders in the vehicle and do not purchase a SunPass will be charged by Easirent the total toll fees incurred and an admin fee of $25 for each day that you have used the tolls. Easirent does not accept responsibility for any SunPass left in easirent vehicles.
Smoking Policy: We provide and implement a no smoking policy for all vehicles in the fleet. If the vehicle is returned smelling of smoke from any source, you will be charged a smoke cleaning fee of up to $250 to remove the smoke odor.
Valeting Fee: If the vehicle requires more than the usual standard cleaning on its return to restore it to its pre-rental condition, allowing for fair wear and tear, a valeting fee of max $80 will apply.
Pets: You are permitted to have pets in your hire vehicle provided they are within a carrier at all times. If the vehicle requires cleaning of pet hair or odor then you will be billed for a valeting fee at the branches discretion.
Email Promotions: The hirer will receive special offers and promotions from Easirent by email. If you wish to remove an email address, please click unsubscribe or emailing email@example.com
Easirent reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the vehicle in case of doubts about the financial capacity of the client, outstanding debts or any serious incidents with Easirent.
