The amazing Dinosaur Zoo is heading to Glasgow this summer on the 12th and 13th September. Taking up residence in the Theatre Royal for two days, visitors to the theatre can expect to see all of their favourite dinosaurs brought to life in front of their eyes.
A magical event for all the family, bring your little ones along to meet the terrifying tyrannosaurus rex and the vexing velociraptors in one of the best live dinosaur performances on the planet. The Dinosaur Zoo is brought to the stage straight from Australian theatre company Erth, and they bring the magnificent prehistoric creatures to life like never before.
With two shows running at 11:30 and 14:30 each day of 50 minutes each, tickets are priced at £15.40 per person. Bring your little dinosaur detectives along (as long as they’re above the age of three) and they can meet and interact with the dinosaurs after the show is over.
Don’t worry, it’s not a terrifying experience, but just to be sure, you can choose to watch the performance from a safe distance; but there’s always the option for your little dino detective to get up close and personal in the ‘danger seats’.
Tickets for the show are available online, but make sure that you book ahead to avoid disappointment. The Dinosaur Zoo has just finished an extremely popular run in London theatres, with critical acclaim from the Guardian, BBC Radio 4 and Time Out magazine.
